Refund policy
We will not issue a return or refund unless the products are in a saleable condition upon return. All refunded products must be a) unused or unopened and in an original packaging and condition, b) undamaged and received by us within 14 days. In an event of a return we will not refund you delivery fees. You may not be able to return a product simply because you changed your mind.
Goods faulty or damaged on delivery
You may return damaged or faulty goods. If later deemed by us to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for the product apply. It is your responsibility to follow warranty instructions information. You are responsible for all costs incurred inside a return. In the event that you receive a damaged or faulty item we will dispatch your replacement item.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@iblendz.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive the item returned by you, or otherwise agree the item is defective or faulty, we will happily refund the original product price and delivery, via the original method of payment.
